Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + 12% Bonus

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a global Systems Integrator specialising in Data & Analytics, delivering large-scale transformation programmes for some of the UK’s leading Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) organisations.
As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to join their high-performing delivery teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level data initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cutting-edge data teams to drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across business and technology teams
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and review sessions
- Translate complex business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure clarity and alignment across all project deliverables
Data & MDM Collaboration
- Work closely with MDM and data teams to define and refine data requirements
- Support the development of business rules, data standards, and governance frameworks
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and data models
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
- Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead regular governance, progress, and review sessions
- Identify and help resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (user stories, backlog management, acceptance criteria)
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with a delivery-focused mindset
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering data, analytics, or data platform programmes
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience working within consulting or systems integration environments
- Exposure to Financial Services / Insurance (FSI) clients
