Your Role: Become the Catalyst for Change

We are seeking a seasoned New Business Sales Executive who has consistently generated £1.5 million+ in professional services revenue annually for small to mid-sized consultancy firms. In this pivotal role, you will drive new business opportunities and expand their client base in the mid-market and enterprise sectors. Your mission? To build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor, and close high-value deals that transform their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network and Accountability: Build and maintain a strong, active business network while upholding a disciplined, accountable approach.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop multi-level account plans backed by accurate data for effective forecasting and deal tracking.
  • Engagement and Value Positioning: Engage with senior technical and business leaders to articulate our company’s value and strategic offerings.
  • Consultative Guidance: Guide clients through their purchasing decisions with a consultative approach that aligns with their needs.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with Enterprise Architects to define solutions that highlight commercial benefits and address client pain points.
  • Partnerships and Initiatives: Collaborate with Microsoft account teams to drive co-sell initiatives and enhance market reach.
  • Presentations that Impress: Lead client presentations to showcase our capabilities in Microsoft Data & AI solutions, demonstrating how we can drive their success.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while strategically shortening the sales cycle.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of generating £1.5 million+ in annual professional services revenue, ideally within an SME consulting or digital transformation environment.
  • Expertise in Cloud, Data, and AI consultancy sales, utilizing solution or challenger sales techniques.
  • History of consistently closing complex deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, qualification, and strategic account management.
  • Experience leading virtual teams, including technical pre-sales, delivery consultants, and project managers.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth and success.
