Enterprise Architect – (Servicenow, Nexthink and RingCentral – AI)

Enterprise Architect – FTC / Contract (3–4 months)

Our client is in the final stages of delivering a next-generation AI-driven employee support platform, and they need a talented Enterprise Architect to take it across the finish line!

With ~75% of the solution already built, the platform combines:
✅ ServiceNow
✅ Nexthink (DEX)
✅ RingCentral
…enhanced with agentic AI tools (Asara, Ameria, Cognigy) to create a cutting-edge digital employee experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the completion & integration of the platform

• Ensure scalable, robust architecture aligned to business objectives

• Oversee handover to BAU operations

• Collaborate with IT leadership, service desk teams, and product stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Enterprise Architect experience in software/product businesses

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, Nexthink, RingCentral, and AI platforms

• Background in service desk design / transformation projects

• Ability to drive projects through the final delivery stages

Package Options:

• FTC: £100–120k pro rata

• Daily Rate: Competitive

• Duration: 3–4 months (with possible extension)

• Hybrid (UK/EU)
